Accessible hostel
Our mountain lodge is 100% accessible, that is to say, fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. Therefore, it is ideal for groups with people who have some mobility problem and must travel with wheelchair, walker, crutches or canes.
- We have 5 adapted places that allow you to stay at the hostel in complete comfort. We have a room with a total of 20 beds (10 bunk beds), of which 5 beds allow wheelchair transfer to the lower beds. The beds have rails that can be installed or removed as needed. In the room there is a mobile wardrobe to leave clothes; it can be moved to facilitate passage. It also has two walk-in showers and a bathroom with adapted toilet with two grab bars on both sides and enough space to assist the user.
- In the dining room, the benches can be raised for wheelchair access to the table and dining in comfort.
- In the recreation room there are two three-seater sofas with a wooden frame for easy transfer.
- All the staff at the Mirador hostel have experience in welcoming groups with functional diversity and are at your disposal to adapt to the needs of each group. We recommend establishing a prior conversation in order to jointly design a stay as comfortable as possible.
- At the ski resort of Port del Comte, Esportec offers the dual skiing activity adapted for those who want to complete their stay at the hostel with a snow activity.
